About This Policy

This privacy policy applies to the BodyBuddy app for mobile devices, created by Israel Ben Zeev ("Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this policy.

Information Collection & Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Pages visited within the Application, time and date of visit, and time spent
• Total time spent on the Application
• The operating system of your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise location data from your device.

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide personalized features. AI components may process user data to deliver personalized content, recommendations, or automated functionalities — all in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

The Service Provider may contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions based on the information you provide.

Push Notifications

The Application sends personalized push notifications to enhance your experience. To make this possible, when you sign in, the Application collects and securely stores your device's push notification token and a unique device identifier.

This information is used exclusively to deliver relevant notifications and reminders to your device and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the other features of the Application.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application. The Application uses third-party services that maintain their own privacy policies:

The Service Provider may disclose collected information:

• As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or legal process)

Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under 13.

If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the information we process and maintain.
